Complete IT Remote Support
Did
you know that about 80% of computer issues can be fixed remotely? This
simply means no call out, no waiting, just pay for the time you use.
This service is available for both Windows & Mac systems.
As part of our
customer support service, we are able to connect remotely to your
computer via the Internet to help solve system issues.

member will be able to quickly connect to your system, diagnose the
issue and take appropriate action to minimise your downtime.
Pro-Active Service Agreements
The classic
outsourced systems management contract designed to provide the more
demanding client with an end-to-end support solution.
Although totally
flexible in it's content, for a fixed monthly expenditure a pro-active
contract may include:
• Scheduled on-site visits
• Telephone and Remote Support
• On-site service and maintenance scheduling
• Reductions and
waivers for certain emergency and out-of-hours services
• Detailed Reports showing systems health and activity
• 24/7 System monitoring
• Access to Premium facilities such as our Client Support Portal and an assigned Services and Projects Manager
Re-Active Service Agreement
A recent
introduction to our Professional Service Programmes, the Re-Active
service agreement is proving to be our most popular 'packaged' service.
In exchange for a
monthly service commitment and retainer deposit, our clients receive:
• Reductions on standard service Rates
• Priority service scheduling
• Reductions and
waivers for certain emergency and out-of-hours services
• Access to Premium facilities such as our Client Support Portal and an assigned Services and Projects Manage
Pre Paid Support - Recommended for Large to Medium Projects
Suitable for
customers that want to avoid the hassle of frequent invoices. Great if
you are undertaking a one off project.
Pre-paid
technical support is usually purchased in blocks of time, offering a
discount on the respective hourly rate. Block time can be purchased from
as little as 5 hours. The balance can be monitored via a monthly
statement or through our Client Support Portal . The portal provides a current running account balance along with project and requested service updates.
Contact Customer Service
Complete IT can
provide an initial on-site consultation with its Microsoft Certified
Professionals (MCP's) to advise and recommend on the implementation and
installation of new systems and or upgrades to existing systems. These
may include network infrastructure, servers, workstation or peripherals installation.
Complete IT can develop and implement a standard operating
environment and or provide a disaster recovery plan. Complete IT has a
preferred list of suppliers and vendors which have experience dealing
with and supporting, the purchasing of best-fit hardware for our clients
needs.
